The Thalazur Arcachon thalassotherapy centre welcomes you to a relaxing setting with its Beauty, Relaxation and Herbal Infusions, Marine and Fitness areas. Everything to help restore your serenity, fitness and wellbeing.

  • Beauty zone

    The institute offers a full range of treatments and protects to overcome fatigue and chase away stress. The original and exclusive “emphythéose” method creates a natural facial lifting effect.

  • Marine zone

    At the heart of the institute, a 140m² multi-purpose seawater pool filled with natural daylight looks out over the pine forest, offering total relaxation. The water course includes jacuzzi, geyser, swan necks, hydromassage jets and bubble beds.

    Along with the water course, visitors also have free access to the sauna and steam bath.

  • Zen and herbal tea zone

    Now it’s time to rest and relax, either in the relaxation room or at the poolside solarium (complimentary water cooler and herbal infusions available during treatment hours).

  • Fitness zone

    Regular gym and aquagym classes make up an integral part of your cure, under the supervision of fitness instructors whose advice will help you to get the best out of your cure
